LAB, a brunch spot with modern and airy design, is the perfect destination for coffee gossip sessions with friends. The space feels familiar and comfortable, as if every little corner has been carefully crafted to ensure maximum comfort. LAB's menu is diverse and consistently high-quality, but what captivates me the most is their bingsu. Each spoonful of smooth, melting snow ice blends perfectly with fresh ingredients, creating an unforgettable taste. LAB always prioritizes using fresh, clean, and healthy ingredients. For me, their bingsu is never too sweet, and never contains ice chunks - my top two criteria for enjoying this dessert!
Another highlight that makes me love LAB is their excellent customer service. The manager at LAB makes me feel meticulously cared for, down to the smallest details. His enthusiastic and friendly service makes me feel as if I am being "served hand and foot." Unfortunately, the LAB branch on Nguyễn Trãi has closed, taking away a beloved spot close to home. Now, I have to travel a longer distance to another branch, and the familiar, friendly staff I once knew have been replaced by new faces. Although the quality of the bingsu and the service remain excellent, even improving thanks to the restaurant's forward-thinking approach and customer feedback, that familiar sense of space for me is no longer the same. Despite these changes, LAB continues to be a place where I can enjoy wonderful moments with friends and savor delightful bingsu. Every visit to LAB brings back fond memories, and I always look forward to the new experiences the restaurant offers. Visit LAB and experience it for yourself!
